In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your Premier Living purchase you should notify us in writing within 48 hours.

All refunds will be given once goods have been delivered back into our warehouse in their original packaging and free of damages.

If your goods arrive damaged we will strive to deliver a replacement, free of charge as quickly as possible.

All products supplied by Premier Living carry extensive manufacturer guarantees. Manufacturers usually arrange for a technician to visit you and diagnose or repair any faults that may have occurred.

In the unlikely event that a technician can not visit you we will aim to offer a replacement as quickly as possible.
