Delivery
Once you have placed your order and all payments have cleared you will receive an automatic confirmation from our internet sales department.
All stock items will be prepared for immediate dispatch and non-stock items will be ordered from our supplier. We will always strive to deliver your full order complete.
Unless otherwise stated in the product listings please allow 7-14 days for delivery once your payment has cleared. Specialist order items may require a longer delivery time. Should there be any delays from us or our suppliers we will contact you by telephone and email. It is essential that you provide your full telephone number when placing your order.
Our delivery drivers or courier will usually contact you by phone to arrange a suitable time for delivery. If contact can not be made it is unlikely delivery will take place. We will only deliver to the address shown on your invoice and internet order.
Please make sure that delivery points are accessible and have appropriate storage facilities. Unfortunately our delivery drivers are not insured to carry goods into your home or renovation project and can only deliver to your door.
Our goods are delivered using a professional and efficient distribution network or on our own vehicles. All goods are checked thoroughly before dispatch but we do suggest checking all items thoroughly for signs of damage upon their arrival. You should check for damages before signing and accepting their delivery.
